We want your pet to love their new things. You have 30 days from delivery to let us know if something isn't right.

Wrong size

No problem. Contact us with your order number and the size you need, and we'll arrange an exchange.

Damaged or faulty item

Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no need to send the item back.

Changed your mind

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Contact us first and we'll send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
