It isn't made for dogs under 17 lb (7.5 kg). The smallest size starts at a 10" (25 cm) head.

Every dog is different. Many dogs relax with the soft, snug pressure and muffled sound, especially when you introduce it calmly before the noise starts. It's a comfort aid, not a medical treatment — if your dog has severe noise fear, talk to your vet.

Use it for loud moments and only while supervised. Take it off afterwards.
